Situated at Orleans, 120 km from Paris, the Galaxy Marching Band is the leading musical parade group in the department of the Loiret, and is composed of percussion, brass and woodwind instruments.

Created in November 2003, the Galaxy Marching Band started rehearsing in October 2004. Thanks to the hard work and motivation of all the members, the band made its first appearances in early 2005.

Our group specialises in outdoor works, for example:

Cavalcades, carnivals, corso fleuri

Local, regional and national festivals (e.g. Joan of Arc parades, festival of the Loire)

Important sporting events (e.g. Tour de France, Le Mans 24hours)

Humanitarian events (e.g. Telethon)
